Veterinary Technician

Sara is a Phoenix native and has worked in the veterinary field for 7 years. She is a graduate of Grand Canyon University in the field of Criminal Justice. She enjoys working with pets and clients and helping them attain health and peace in their lives. Sara has three dogs: a pug, a puggle, and a beagle who she spoils at every given opportunity. In her spare time, she participates in acting and film making. Her most recent projects have been with Brelby Theater Co and ASU film program.

The Dawg Mom

Joanne swears she was a dog in her prior life. She remembers running up to pet & kiss huge dogs as soon as she could walk.

While living in Utah, Joanne was a volunteer for the Humane Society of Utah for over 20 years. She started by spending time with the animals in their kennels, getting to know each of them & giving them extra love and hugs. She never met a dog she didn’t like.

When the Humane Society decided to implement a foster program, she was first in line.  Because she fostered so many dogs and puppy litters over the years, she not only learned about taking care of dogs, but she became friends with people who adopted her foster dogs. To keep in touch with her fosters and their new parents, she started “The Dawgmom", a personal in-home dog sitting service.

Veterinary Technician

Kenisha is an Arizona native and has worked as a veterinary technician for 10 years. She graduated from Apollo College in 2009. Her experience in large corporate practices and low cost spay and neuter clinics has taught her that extraordinary patient care should always be the top priority. She dreamed of working with animals when she was a little girl, and now she feels that she has realized her dream by spending her days saving pet's lives one paw at a time. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her two beautiful daughters and exploring parks with her three dogs.
