Veterinary Technician
Erika
Erika has been a veterinary technician for more than 11 years. She graduated from Apollo College in 2007. She was born in Hialeah, Florida, and has lived in Arizona for 18 years. Erika has experience working in busy general Veterinary practices and Emergency Clinics. She is very patient and loves helping pet owners care for their pets. Her hobbies include spending time with her two children and going to the gym. She has four pampered dogs.

Kenisha
Kenisha is an Arizona native and has worked as a veterinary technician for 10 years. She graduated from Apollo College in 2009. Her experience in large corporate practices and low cost spay and neuter clinics has taught her that extraordinary patient care should always be the top priority. She dreamed of working with animals when she was a little girl, and now she feels that she has realized her dream by spending her days saving pet's lives one paw at a time. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her two beautiful daughters and exploring parks with her three dogs.

Demel
Demel was born and raised in Illinois and moved to the valley in 1996. She started as a veterinary technician more than 18 years ago. Demel has a very extensive background, as she's worked in busy general practices, exotic medicine, emergency medicine, and has a special interest in nicu/bottle babies and anesthesia. She strives for excellent patient care and communication. When not at work, she's spending time with her two college kids, her husband, and her extensive menagerie of animals!

Dominque
Dominque graduated from Pima Medical Institute and has been in the veterinary field since 2014. She has worked in a general practice, an emergency and specialty hospital and for a high-volume surgical unit. Her love for animals runs in her family. Dominque grew up watching her mom as a veterinarian assistant. In her free time, she loves spending time with her twin boys, traveling, and anything outdoors to include hiking with her host of animals.

Nicole
Nicole is an Arizona Native. She has been a Certified Veterinary Technician for many years. She has held leadership positions in the veterinary hospitals that she has worked in. She is confident and caring with all the pets she handles and cares for. She is a certified phlebotomist in the human medical field and also works as a substitute teacher for the Buckeye School District. She enjoys camping, hunting, boating and off roading with her husband and two daughters. She lives on a small ranch with horses, a goat, chickens, a dog and a cat.

Sara
Sara is a Phoenix native and has worked in the veterinary field for 7 years. She is a graduate of Grand Canyon University in the field of Criminal Justice. She enjoys working with pets and clients and helping them attain health and peace in their lives. Sara has three dogs: a pug, a puggle, and a beagle who she spoils at every given opportunity. In her spare time, she participates in acting and film making. Her most recent projects have been with Brelby Theater Co and ASU film program.

Kelsey has been a veterinary technician for over 10 years, specializing in everything from shelter medicine to emergency and critical care. When Kelsey isn't working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, their two wonderful (and energetic) boys, 2 rescue dogs and Persian kitty.

Chevy is an Arizona native. She grew up surrounded by animals. Her career with animals started when she was a teenager volunteering at the Humane Society as a Dog Enrichment Walker. Chevy graduated from Anthem College in Phoenix with an Associate's degree in Applied Science in Veterinary Technology in 2014. She has worked in a number of private and corporate practices in the Phoenix metro area. Chevy enjoys spending time at home with her children, 2 dogs and 3 cats.

MacKenzie
MacKenzie is experienced in small animal, exotic animal and large animal care. She works in Emergency practices and private practices. She enjoys working with small animals, livestock, small farm animals, pocket pets and exotic animals. She has a pet piggy, 2 dogs, and 3 rabbits and loves them dearly.

Pamela Dragos, DVM
Pamela Dragos has been a Veterinarian for 33 years. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from Arizona State University in 1986 and graduated from Colorado State University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1990. She has been a general practitioner, emergency Veterinarian, and Veterinary surgeon. Her current interests include holistic medicine, acupuncture, chiropractic and herbal medicine. Dr. Dragos is passionate about caring for pets gently. She feels unnecessary stress compounds the effects of illness on an animal's body and mind, and delays healing. Dr. Dragos supervises the Veterinary Technicians of Synergy House Call Vet Techs.

Heather
Heather was born in Chicago but moved to Arizona when she was seven. She’s been surrounded by animals her entire life, with a mother who is a wildlife rehabilitator and has kept horses and chickens around since moving to Arizona. She worked in a large corporate hospital for 10 years and has volunteered with AZ Humane Society on the reservations to provide veterinary services for those in need. Heather graduated from Penn Foster College in 2016 and has been a CVT ever since. She has been an Elite Fear Free Certified technician for 7 years and uses those skills to help clients and their pets to have the best possible experience while receiving veterinary services. A self-described “crazy cat lady,” she loves cats and helps with fostering kittens for a cat rescue in town. When she is not working, she loves to spend time with her cats and a small dog; relaxing, reading, and learning more about veterinary medicine.
